Returns for exchange
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that:
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Bathers/ swimming costumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
All garments must have all tags attached and in original condition.
Any garment not in its original condition, damaged or stained with makeup will not be refunded.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email to email@example.com with the invoice attached.
If you select to use our couriers to collect your return, it will remain the responsibility of the client to pay for all courier/shipping fees.
The parcel must be sent via courier to Ooh lala Styles (we will supply the address on request) Ooh lala Styles will not collect any parcels from the post office.
Courier/Shipping fees will not be refunded.
